Rick Wishart's, aka brujo, volume geared towards the moody Detroit/Tresor sound. Warm pads, harsh FM, dark synth-basses, filtered stabs, and more make up for some of the best programming I've heard done on the K2 in this style of music. Definitely NOT your rave/techno cheese. List member KurzRep writes : attention to detail is noteworthy.

Concertgebouw in Amsterdam was sampled for a concert of modern composition VARESE (EQUATORIAL) The Concertgebouw organ samples are over 22 MB. This collection is
incredibly versatile, but very difficult to describe, mostly with unique combinations of low-range played 2' or 4' sound and high-range played 16' 32' etc. Very interesting stuff.

Post Prepared Piano:
A pristine collection of Prepared Yamaha C3 studio samples, using 2 DPA (formerly Bruel&Kjaer) series 4000 omni-directional microphones. Digital recording,
after 24 bit A/D conversion, took place on Tascam DA45 24 bit DAT-master. Recordings were edited in ProTools 4.3.1 on a PT24 Mix card. A little Trueverb was applied,
along with some Focusrite F2 & F3 (EQ and dynamics), and mastered to HardDisk in 16 bit Sound Designer format with Waves UltraMax (L1) dithering and noise shaping.
The recordings were subsequently into the AKAI S1100 with PEAK II.

Upright Pianos

A small but character-packed collection of Upright Pianos.
We visited upright pianos and captured their homey sound. There's a lot of character, a lot of depth, a bit of intonation, but heaps of playability in this
unique sample library. Captured on a 20-bit Layla recording system using vintage Cole Ribbon microphone and clip-on Sony mics, the unique approach to recording
these pianos capture the years of history residing within the black and whites.
